This July 4th, come on out and enjoy a different kind of Crossbridge service. We’ll hold our service outside complete with music and message. Bring your towels or lawn chairs and enjoy a time of worship and fellowship. We’ll even have a grill on hand for a delicious July 4th BBQ following the service.

One Prayer began in 2008 to explore the question: We pray to Jesus asking Him to answer our prayers – what if we became the answer to His? In John 17:20-24, He prayed that we would be one, and One Prayer is an opportunity to see what can be accomplished when the Church works together.

God has worked in amazing ways over the past two years as millions of believers around the world have united to pray, learn, and love others. We’re joining forces once again for One Prayer 2010 as we come together for four weeks to learn more about our Creator and go out into the world to share, serve and give.

You asked for it and we’ve brought it back… Crossbridge’s 3rd Annual BBQ Cook-Off! Do you think you have a BBQ recipe that no one can beat? Or do you just love to grill during the summer months? Participate in a great day of food, fellowship and some friendly competition with us.

Following our church service we’ll gather in the soccer fields for a great time of hanging out and eating delicious food. Bring a picnic blanket, lawn chair and some sunscreen!

Not a griller? This year we’re featuring competitions for Best Dessert and Best Special Side! Even if you are not a grilling fan, we still have some fun for you. Bring a potluck dessert or side dish to enjoy or just come as you are.

Kids ages 4 – 5th grade are jumping into sailing fun at this year’s High Seas Expedition! Here they will participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, dig into yummy treats, experience electrifying Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s Word, and create Bible Point crafts they’ll take home and play with all summer long.

Join the Crossbridge team as we become Freedom Partners of the International Justice Mission. All proceeds of our 5K run in May went directly to IJM and their mission to secure justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. There are so many ways that we can help IJM and their important initiatives. Jesus’ story of the Prodigal Son is one of the most famous stories in all of history. But maybe there is something more to the story than what we first thought. Maybe it’s about the older brother as much as it’s about the younger brother. Maybe it’s about the father as much as it’s about his two sons.

Calling all egg hunters ages preschool – 5th grade! You are invited to join us for a morning full of fun. We’ll have face painting, sand art, refreshments, pictures with the Easter Bunny and a huge egg hunt with thousands of eggs!
