Children

Praise and Worship
We believe that participation in worship is one of the ways children learn and grow in their faith. Our worship service is an integral part of the KidWorks program. Children ages 4—5th grade participate in a worship service designed especially for them. They enjoy the songs and prayers before heading into their age-appropriate KidWorks groups.

Nursery
Nursery care is available for children up to three years old and is staffed by parents and volunteers from Crossbridge. Our nursery volunteer coordinators ensure a safe and loving environment for the babies.

As the children begin to walk, they become our “Movers and Shakers.” This program is filled with nurturing love and laughter, animated songs and storytelling and lots of play time. Even our youngest children are introduced to stories and projects that teach about Jesus.

KidWorks
Through our fun and interactive curriculum, Living Inside Out, children learn important Bible truths in creative, memorable ways. Kids move beyond learning about faith to actually living it out 24-7! With fun daily challenges, children have a chance to practice faithful living outside in the real world.

Each week, after a short, interactive presentation, children are separated into smaller groups that allow them to participate in more in-depth and age-appropriate lessons. Each lesson is then reinforced by an interactive craft or game. Parents receive information about the themes and stories covered in KidWorks along with ideas for nurturing faith within the home.

Vacation Bible School
Every summer Crossbridge sponsors Vacation Bible School for its families and the children in the community. With its unique and exciting curriculum, VBS offers children a wonderful time singing praise songs, playing games, making crafts and watching skits and videos. We look forward each year to VBS as another way of sharing God’s love with our kids.
