When Paul says “Gird your loins with truth” in Ephesians 6:14, he’s saying: when you gird yourself in God’s truth…it actually gives you FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT you wouldn’t have otherwise! Restricting yourself with Truth of God leads to more freedom in life. This is what Jesus meant when he said “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32)
