Pastor Jimmy came to Crossbridge in 2012 with a passion to clearly communicate the love and forgiveness of Jesus to those inside and outside church. While mainly focused on the vision/mission of the church and preaching, Jimmy still loves leading small groups and training new communicators! His favorite thing by far is spending time with his wife Eileen drinking the best fresh black coffee he can find. He also enjoys an early round of golf & discovering new Gluten Free meals he enjoy together with his kids Kayla, Jams, & Ruby.

Becky Frey has been part of Crossbridge for 20+ years in a variety of roles. She was part of the plant team, was CBkids Director, Administrative Director and after an 18 month break, has joined our team again in this new role.
She is passionate about helping people take steps in their faith towards Jesus and finding true freedom in Him. She is an avid reader and loves to learn. She is married to Joe and mom to PJ, Andrew, Brianna & Daniel. 

Holly is passionate about serving the next generation and their families. She loves seeing how God works in people’s lives and enjoys equipping parents and leaders to disciple and guide children and students toward Jesus. She believes students need many voices pointing them to Christ and is grateful to help empower those voices. In her free time, Holly enjoys exploring nature with her husband, Dan, and their three children: Ara, Ellie, and Phoenix. She also loves music and enjoys playing guitar, bass, and keyboard.

As a homeschooling mom of 5, Mary Beth’s passion is teaching kids, especially teaching kids about Jesus. Rather than focusing solely on the historical stories of the Bible, she loves seeing kids get to know Jesus as a person–developing a friendship with Him and discovering how that friendship can impact their daily lives, even at a very young age. She loves spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their kids: Katelyn & Brett, Emily, Meghan, Melissa, and Stephen.

Jeanine oversees the church's financial operations and administrative functions. She is responsible for managing expenses, financial statements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Jeanine also volunteers with our Special Needs ministry and Night to Shine. As a parent of a child with special needs, she believes that inclusion and acceptance are key to loving all people and loving them well. Jeanine cherishes moments spent with her children—Brian and his wife Mary, Emily, Scottie—and her granddaughters Tessa & Ruby. She loves outdoor activities, finding peace in walking or running, and enjoys unwinding on the beach with family and friends.
