Pastor Jimmy came to Crossbridge in 2012 with a passion to clearly communicate the love and forgiveness of Jesus to those inside and outside church. While mainly focused on the vision/mission of the church and preaching, Jimmy still loves leading small groups and training new communicators! His favorite thing by far is spending time with his wife Eileen drinking the best fresh black coffee he can find. He also enjoys an early round of golf & discovering new Gluten Free meals he enjoy together with his kids Kayla, Jams, & Ruby.

Wil leads our worship and youth ministry. He believes that teens are the church today and wants to provide an environment for them to explore and grow their faith in Jesus. He is also passionate about growing Crossbridge’s understanding of worship & music in our Sunday morning environment. His favorite things to do are: play music, make videos and learn any type of board game. He is married to Sharon and proud Dad to Judah and spends his free time with his family or watching Netflix/video games.

Becky is responsible for making sure Crossbridge runs smoothly on Sundays and throughout the week. If you have questions about small groups, volunteering, events or just about anything else, she is who to contact. Outside of Crossbridge, Becky is an avid reader and loves to spend time with her husband, Joe, and her kids (PJ, Andrew, Brianna and Daniel). She loves getting to enjoy lakes, rivers and mountains.

Jeanine is responsible for the expenses and financial statements of the church. Jeanine also volunteers with our Special Needs ministry and Night to Shine. As a parent of a child with special needs, Jeanine believes that inclusion and acceptance are key to loving all people and loving them well. Jeanine cherishes moments spent with her children Brian and his wife Mary, Emily, Scottie, and granddaughter Tessa. She loves outdoor activities, where she finds peace in walking or running, as well as unwinding on the beach alongside family and friends.

Sharon leads our Media department and directs our image/video team. Sharon was integral in our transition to online church and is responsible for all of our Sunday service production. She is married to Wil and proud Mom to Judah. She plays bass, loves old movies, Indian food and video games.

As a homeschooling mom of 5, Mary Beth’s passion is teaching kids, especially teaching kids about Jesus. Rather than focusing solely on the historical stories of the Bible, she loves seeing kids get to know Jesus as a person–developing a friendship with Him and discovering how that friendship can impact their daily lives, even at a very young age. She loves spending time with her husband, Jeff, and their kids: Katelyn & Brett, Emily, Meghan, Melissa, and Stephen.

Matthew has been part of Crossbridge since birth, thanks to his parents' involvement. He recently graduated from high school and CBYouth and will start at Rowan University this fall, pursuing dual majors in Economics and Math. Matthew has also coached CrossFit for nine years at a local gym and enjoys traveling with family and hanging out with friends. As part of the new Youth Intern Program, Matthew will engage in intentional discipleship, leadership skill development, and gaining real exposure to serving in a local church.
